David G Maggs

David Glenn Maggs, 74, of Fort Gratiot, died Friday, February 9, 2024.

He was born February 12, 1949, in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada to the late Frank H. and Marion I. Maggs. He married Stephanie L. Marston on May 24, 1975.

Dave graduated in 1967 from St. Clair Secondary High School in Sarnia. He went to work soon after for Dow Chemical and was employed with them for 42 years until his retirement. Dave loved golfing and traveling, especially trips to Florida.

Dave is survived by his wife of 48 years, Stephanie; a son, James (Carrie) Maggs; several grandchildren; sister, Valerie (Jack) McNeill; brother, Terry (Diane) Maggs; sister-in-law, Susan Dykstra; nephews and niece, Brad McNeill, Greg (Tatiana) McNeill, Lee (Nicola) Maggs, Tracy Maggs, and Melissa Dykstra; and several cousins.

Private family services will be held.
