Susan Marie Stoliker, 85, of Kimball Township, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
She was born March 7, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Eleanor Virginia and John “Jack” White. She married Dale Stoliker on June 14, 1958 in Port Huron.
Susan worked as a receptionist for Dr. Harris’ orthodontic office prior to her retirement. She was a member of Hillside Wesleyan Church and taught Sunday School for four decades, worked in children’s ministry, served as a camp counselor and led Bible studies. Susan loved Jesus, her family, and everyone she ever met.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Dale; a son, Bret (Brenda) Stoliker; three daughters, Teri (Ron) Walker, Dana Stoliker and Kris Stoliker; nine grandchildren, Branden Stoliker, Brittney (Dwayne) Phillips; Tyler (Lauren) Walker, Tristen (Matthew) Huskey, Jeana Newhouse, Joel Walker, Micah Pruett, Marissa (Garrett) McPhail and Marcus Pruett; nine great grandchildren; and two sisters, Lois (Kent) Fenner and Jackie Brown. She was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas White in 2004 and a sister, Janet Dolan in 2010.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 in Hillside Wesleyan Church. The Reverend Ron Walker and the Reverend Nathan Neihof will officiate.
Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township. Pallbearers will be Susan’s grandsons.
