Clifford W Clark

Clifford William Clark, 88, of Marysville, died Saturday, May 18, 2024.

He was born June 8, 1935 in Port Huron to the late George and Beulah Clark and was a lifelong area resident. He married Marjorie L. Mead on January 9, 1954. She preceded him in death on April 14, 1990. He married Coralee E. Stewart on April 4, 1991 in Las Vegas.

Clifford was employed with Eugene Welding for 13 years and finished his career at James River, retiring in 1995. He enjoyed bowling, camping, traveling and going Up North to hunt. He cherished time spent with his family and especially loved taking his grandchildren camping and canoeing. Clifford was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3702 and the Moose Lodge #158.

He is survived by his wife, Coralee; children, Crystal Ann (Steve) Patterson, Brian (Susan) Clark, Susan (Mark) Bowen, Scott Stewart and Sharon Stewart; 11 grandchildren, Dana Foltz, Christopher (Colleen) Foltz, Cory (Sherri) Clark, Brandy Mauro, Chad (Laurie) Clark, Andrew Bowen, Kimberly Bowen, Tori Stewart, Jackie Verhaeghe, Steve (Tabby) Patterson and Blake (Sarah) Patterson; 16 great grandchildren, Austin and Kylee Jackson, Steven, Kaylianna, Elaina, Claire and Wesley Patterson, Gemma McBrien, Lily Mauro, Liam Foltz, Caleb Bowen, Bennett, Reagan and Jaiden Clark and Christian and Aubrey Bernardo; brother, George Clark; sister-in-law, Cindy (Larry) Hubbard; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Gay and Bessie Clark; and four brothers, James, Raymond, Edward and Robert Clark.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Shaun Laurain will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery at a later date.
