Victoria A "Vicky" Plotzke

Victoria Alice “Vicky” Plotzke, 79, of Kimball Township, died Saturday, August 10, 2024.

She was born December 11, 1944 in Wyandotte to the late Norbert and Victoria Boucher. She married Gordon W. “Skip” Plotzke II on May 9, 1970 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on July 10, 2006 after 36 years of marriage.

Victoria was employed at Mercy Hospital as a Lab Technician for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed making stained glass, doing crossword puzzles, digging in the garden and watching the birds in her yard.

She is survived by three children, MSgt Gordon (Heather) Plotzke III USMC Ret, Michael (Marcie) Plotzke and Christine (Cliff) Wombles; eight grandchildren, Gordon (Kristin) Plotzke IV, Avery Kinney, Haley (Craig) Nunez, Cory Plotzke, Sara Beth Plotzke, Parker Plotzke, Mason Wombles and Kennedy Plotzke; two great grandchildren, Stella Plotzke and Gordon Plotzke V; brother, Michael Boucher; sister, Helen (Julio Perez) Shemiot; Sharon Richards; and several nieces and nephews.

Private family graveside services will be held in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot.
