Douglas F Koehn

Douglas Franklin Koehn, 63, of Fort Gratiot, died Saturday, August 17, 2024.

He was born November 17, 1960 in Port Huron to the late Christopher and Donna Jean Koehn. He married Barbara Meinhardt on May 2, 1981 in Port Huron.

Mr. Koehn was employed with Domtar Paper and retired as a supervisor after 36 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, spending time with his grandchildren and going up north to his cabin.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Barbara; three sons, John (Jessica) Koehn, Joshua (Jennifer) Koehn and Michael (Amy) Koehn; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Paige, Mackenzie, Wyatt, Travis, Riley, Jack and Emmett Koehn; two brothers, Richard (Joddy) Koehn and Robert Koehn; three sisters-in-law, Pennie Bell, Cindy VanNuss and Roxanne Moulton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Vicki Vargo.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Reverend Nathaniel Tucker will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
