Elizabeth A Fowler

Elizabeth Ann Fowler, 71, of Chesterfield, formerly of Richmond, died Sunday, October 6, 2024.

Elizabeth was born in Gainesville, Georgia on December 7, 1952 to the late Walter and Mary Fowler. She was a caregiver in a group home in the Richmond area for many years before her retirement at the age of 62.

She is survived by two daughters, Melissa (Terry) Obermesik and Jennifer (Matt) Calabrese; two grandchildren, Jessica Yancey and Haley Koehler; two brothers, Paul (Ivallee) Fowler and David Fowler, and her beloved dog, Kado. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Charles, Ken, and Hugh Fowler.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024 in the Richmond Cemetery. Pastor Jim Turner will officiate.

Memorial contributions can be made to Saint Clair County Animal Control.
