Linda L Wiegand

Linda Louise Wiegand, 81, of Marysville, died Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

She was born October 22, 1943 in Port Huron to the late Thomas and Lorraine Irwin.

Linda was employed as a bus driver with Port Huron Area School District for over 20 years. A hard worker, she also worked as a cook at Mary Dale on the weekends and during summers. She loved both of these jobs because she was a very caring person who enjoyed helping and taking care of others. She also enjoyed playing the piano and was an avid bird watcher and lifelong dog lover.

Linda is survived by her husband of 22 years, Thomas Wiegand; children, Lori (Shawn) Andrews, Tracy Curtis (Charlie Monzo) and Thomas Curtis; grandchildren, Cortney (Dustin) Hildebrand and Dwayne (Jessica) Rich Jr.; several great grandchildren; sister, Kathleen (Jim) Hinkle; niece, Ursula (Joe) McKenzie; and nephew, Jerome (Amy) Hinkle. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Curtis; and nephew, Jimmy Hinkle.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12 noon. Chaplain Vicky Torrey will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society or Betty Kearns Little Black Dress.
