Jacquelyn L "Lynn" Troy

Jacquelyn Louise “Lynn” Troy, 83, of Marysville, died Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

She was born November 14, 1941 in Detroit to the late Hershel L and Marcella R. Ouellete. She married Larry M. Troy in May 1963 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1984.

Lynn enjoyed embroidery and playing bingo. She was known for her sense of humor which kept her friends and family entertained.

She is survived by four children, Elizabeth (Robert) Bowers, Laurie (John) Stoliker, Thomas (Ranay) Troy and Joseph (Brandi) Troy; six grandchildren, Nicole Bowers (Shaun Koch), Natalie Bowers, Jacob Stoliker, Sophie Troy, Gavin Troy and Gibson Troy; three great grandchildren, Axton, Finn and Scarlett Koch; brother, Thomas Ouelette; and several nieces and nephews, including Colleen and Lisa. She was preceded in death by her brother, Theodore “Ted” Ouelette.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 in Holy Trinity Parish St. Joseph Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron.
