Cynthia Renee Thompson, 63, of Port Huron, died Sunday, December 1, 2024.

She was born November 24, 1961 in Port Huron. She married John Thompson on December 24, 1980 in Port Huron.

Cynthia was employed in housekeeping with the Blue Water Inn for many years. She enjoyed her cat, playing games on the phone and visiting friends and family.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, John; two children, Demeka Washington and John Thompson Jr.; siblings, Anita Maddox, Ronald Melton and Thomas Ervin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Lou Ervin; and sister, Denise Melton.
