Janis L "Jan" Howard

Janis Louise “Jan” Howard, 91, of St. Clair Township formerly of Marysville, died Sunday, February 2, 2025.

She was born October 31, 1933 in Detroit to the late William and Grace Cox. She married Robert Howard on June 6, 1953 in Detroit.

Jan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Colonial Woods Missionary Church.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Robert; five children. Linda (James) Elert, Robert (Lee) Howard, Rick (Rita) Howard, Laura Fifelski and Ronald Howard; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two infant babies, Timothy and Lisa Howard and a sister, Shirley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Colonial Woods Missionary Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m..
