Beverly J Foster

Beverly Jane Foster, 87, of Port Huron, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

She was born November 15, 1937 in Port Huron to the late Edward and Grace Morrison. Beverly was introduced to Michael D. Foster at Riverside Tabernacle Church of God and they were married there on December 13, 1997.

Beverly was a lifelong resident of Port Huron, graduating from Port Huron High School in 1955. She worked at Citizens First Savings Bank for many years and then as a secretary at Riverside Tabernacle. After her retirement from the church, she and Mike spent winters in the Carolinas and Florida, where Beverly taught Bible classes at various senior centers. A longtime active member of Riverside Tablernacle and current member of Port Huron Assembly of God, faith was the cornerstone of Beverly’s life. She also enjoyed traveling and was a talented oil painter.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Michael; son, Robert (Virginia) Grant; stepdaughter, Michelle Foster; three grandchildren, Robert G. Grant Jr., DJ and Nell; several nieces and nephews; and her cousin, Ron (Joyce) Brenton. She was preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne Shay; and step-father, James Cowley.

Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Joe Sazyc will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
