Sandra K Carlson

Sandra Kay Carlson, 78, of Deckerville, died Monday, February 10, 2025.

Sandra was born May 21, 1946 at her grandmother’s home in Greenwood Township to the late Henry D. and Virginia M. Rich. She grew up on the family farm and learned the value of hard work at a young age.

After her children went to school, Sandra worked at several factories until her retirement. She was a lifelong social butterfly that enjoyed being out and about around town. She also loved reading, watching TV and playing games. More than anything else, Sandra cherished time spent with her family.

She is survived by three children, David Blondheim, Joe (Rebecca) Blondheim and Ann (Curtis) Tallmadge; four grandchildren, Tiffany Blondheim, James Yeagley, Amanda Radatz (Josh Carter) and Curtis Tallmadge II.; a great grandson, Eli; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by three siblings, Frederick and Roy Rich and Helen Wolvin.

Private family services will be held and burial will be on the family plot in Downing Cemetery, Deckerville.
