Carol Loxton

Carol Susan Loxton, 48, of Fort Gratiot, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Medilodge of Port Huron after a long illness.
She was born April 22, 1963 in Port Huron to the late Teddy and Florence Loxton.
Carol played guitar and loved to sing. She enjoyed fishing, softball, crafts, especially making wind chimes, and taking care of her dog, Blondie. For several years, she was the Easter Bunny at the mall.
She is survived by nine sisters and brothers, Barbara (David) Teeple, William (Debbie) Loxton, Robert (Jackie) Loxton, Donald Loxton, Michael (Karen) Loxton, Jill (Trena) Loxton, Paul Loxton and Margaret (James) Jarvis; a sister-in-law, Nancy Loxton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Delbert Loxton, and a sister, Mary Sommer.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2012 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Caswell Cemetery. Her brother-in-law, Elder David Teeple, will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
