Carol Lee Curtis, 66, of Port Huron, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 19, 1958, in Dayton, Ohio to late Phillip and Margaret Bruce. She married Rick Curtis on July 18, 1980 in Port Huron.

Carol had a kind and generous spirit, always bringing warmth and laughter to those around her. She was employed as the head cook at Port Huron Hospital for 20 years before her retirement and also was a manager at Subway. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, from watching Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, testing her luck at the casino, attending car shows and going up North to celebrate her anniversary with Rick. Her quick wit, love for her family and strength will be missed.

Carol shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, Ricky, with whom she celebrated 44 years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family, raising their son Brian (Nicole) of Louisville, Kentucky, and their daughter Danielle (Earl) of Port Huron, Michigan. Carol was a proud and adoring grandmother to her cherished grandchildren, Chandler, McKayla, Jaxson, Mariah, Clinton, Monroe and Brantley. She is also survived by her brother, David (Rozina). She was preceded in death by her brother Robert; and sister Barbara.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025 in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
