Margaret C Torres

Margaret C. Torres, 90, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

She was born August 21, 1934 in Billings, Montana to the late Guadalupe and Carmen Vasquez.

Margaret enjoyed growing roses and tomato plants in the summer and spending time with her little dogs.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews, including special niece, Carmen Hubble; and sister, Maria Perez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Cruz Torres on August 4, 2018; brothers, Guadalupe, Luis, Francisco and Anthony Vasquez; and sisters, Francisca Rodriguez, Jessie Grant, Erline Gutierrez and Josephine Garza.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in Holy Trinity Parish St. Joseph Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate. A luncheon will follow at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3702, 2645 Howard St., from 1-4 p.m.

Inurnment will be in Allied Veterans Cemetery Columbarium, Port Huron.
