Edward Bartley II

Edward James "EJ" Bartley II, 65, of Kimball died Wednesday, June 10, 2025.

He was born June 15, 1959 in Port Huron to the late Edward Bartley and Hazel “Babe” Bowman.

Edward graduated from Port Huron High School in 1977. He honorably served in the United States Army from 1980 - 1984. Edward was an avid hunter, who also loved fishing and trapping. He enjoyed keeping his beagles and using them for hunting rabbit.

He is survived by his brother, Eric Bartley; nephew, Jacob (Courtney) Bartley; nieces Katie (Nick) Bartley, and Nichole Stewart; great-niece, Carissa Stewart; and aunt Sharon Spencer. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald “Dell” Bartley; and nephew, Eric Bartley.

Cremation has taken place; a graveside service was held in Caswell Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Clair County Veterans Council.
