Patricia A Forstner
Patricia Adaline Forstner, 83, of Burtchville Township, died Monday, June 16, 2025.
She was born September 15, 1941 in Port Huron to the late Claude and Helen Freeman. Patricia met Norman H. Forstner when they were both young, and after writing daily letters to him while he was away in the service, they were married on January 21, 1961 in Port Huron.
Patricia was a collector: she had driftwood from California, rocks and stones from all over the country, and lighthouse memorabilia of all kinds. She and Norman enjoyed traveling and camping and had worked their way from the Atlantic to the Pacific Oceans. When their children were younger, they spent a lot of time watching them race motorcycles. She also loved her cats very much.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Norman; children, Renee (Duane) Loxton, Norman Forstner and Ronald Forstner; grandchildren, Allison and Ava Forstner and their mother, Vicki Nun, Erikah Frizzle and Braydon Loxton; great grandchildren, Liam Hyde, Adelynn Hyde, Myah Kubiak, Roman Kubiak and Emma Loxton; niece, Denise (Greg) Altimore and their children, Austin, Jessica and Danielle; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by a sister, Nina Langell, and a brother, Claude “Sonny” Freeman.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Private family committal services will take place at Lakeport Cemetery, Burtchville Township.
