Patricia J Bocek

Patricia Jo Bocek, 71, formerly of Menlo Park, California, died Friday, June 20, 2025.

Patricia was born February 28, 1954 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late David and Josefina Hagler. She graduated from high school and then served honorably in the United States Air Force for 24 years before she retired as a First Sergeant. A natural leader, Pat started in the medical career field of the Air Force, but worked her way up to become a well-respected mentor, leader, and supervisor beyond her career field. Her civilian career included time as an office manager for several doctor and dentist offices.

She is survived by her children, A. “Jason” Bocek of Michigan and Danielle “Dani” Marie Bocek of California; two grandchildren; three siblings, Cheryl Hahn, Michael (Deborah) Hagler and Nancy Mellon, all of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David.

Private family services have been held.
