Frank Jankowski, 85, of Port Huron, died May 2, 2012.
He was born July 30, 1926 in Greenwood Township, the son of Frank and Helen Jankowski. He married Geraldine Elaine McCoy on October 26, 1957 in Port Huron. She passed away on March 27, 2002.
Frank was employed as a welder with Yeager Bridge/Ferguson Steel.
He is survived by three daughters, Jane (Marc) Cormack of Pelham, AL, Kathy (Gary) Schnelle of Pasadena, CA and Sherry (John) Motto, of Sterling Heights; three sons, Jim (Dorianne) Jankowski of Mesa, AZ, and David (Michelle) Jankowski of Eastpointe; a daughter-in-law, Janice Jankowski of Bellaire; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Frank and a brother, Edward.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 in Our Savior Lutheran Church. The Rev. Don Doerzbacher will officiate. A luncheon will follow the service.
Inurnment will be in Woodland Cemetery Columbarium, Port Huron Township.
