Jerry Howard

Gerald Alphonso-Harris “Jerry” Howard, 54, of Marysville, loving husband, father, son and brother, died Sunday, July 20, 2025.

He was born January 2, 1971 in Mount Clemens and was a 1989 graduate of Clintondale High School in Clinton Township.

Jerry was employed as a CNC operator for many years. He loved traveling, fishing and music. Most of all, Jerry cherished time spent with his family. He had a passion for life, a contagious laugh, impeccable style and found special comfort and peace in God’s grace.

He is survived by his wife, April; children, Gerald, Domonique, Monyae, Mariah and Miles Howard; grandchildren, Jayden, Jovanni, Meilani, Aries and Nova; mother, Lynda Mills; brothers, Bradford (Nina) Howard, Darnell Mills and Nathanial Mills; in-laws, Michael (Barbara) Brandimarte; brothers-in-law, Chris (Andrea) Brandimarte and Tim Brandimarte; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, including a special cousin/sister, Valina Abner. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Harris; and grandparents, Blanche and Raymond Harris and Archie and Olivia Howard.

A memorial event will be held in Macomb County at a later date.
