Patricia A Klettner
Patricia Ann Klettner, 89, of Marysville, died Sunday, September 14, 2025.
She was born November 8, 1935 in Port Huron to the late Richard and Mary Meadows. She married Charles Klettner on September 1, 1956 in St. Stephen Catholic Church.
Patricia graduated from St. Stephen Catholic School in 1953 and worked at Citizens Federal Bank before leaving to raise a family with her husband, Charlie. She was known for her cooking and baking, especially her chocolate chip cookies. She was involved in school activities, Camp Fire Girls, and many baseball games. Later in life, Patricia found a love for yoga and went on to teach classes for the Marysville city recreation department.
She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and served on the Ladies’ Altar Society. After Charlie retired, they spent winters in Arizona and Florida, eventually moving to Florida full time. Patricia enjoyed playing cards, dining out, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Charles; daughter, Luann (Brian) Black; son, Charles (Molly) Klettner; three grandchildren, Justin Black, Michael Klettner and 1st Lt. Kelly Klettner, USMC: sister-in-law, Ellen Meadows; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Corry; and brother, Richard Meadows.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025 in St. Christopher Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend James Arwady will officiate.
Burial will be in Mt. Hope Catholic Cemetery, Port Huron.
