Gregory M Porrett

Gregory Michael Porrett, 65, of St. Clair Township, died Saturday, September 20, 2025.

He was born March 11, 1960 in Port Huron to the late Neil and Phyllis Porrett. Gregory worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, spending time with his grandchildren and going up to northern Michigan.

He is survived by two children, Breanna Porrett (Jason Arnold) and Tyler Porrett; longtime companion, Lysa Gustafson and her children, Devon (Jason) Frontczak and Kyle (Jenae) Curley; grandchildren, Jace and Blake Williams, Revly Arnold, Liam Porrett, Aaliyah Frontczak, Whitney Zerilli and Jilliana France; two siblings, Kim (Greg) Jansen and Gary (Carrie) Porrett; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2025 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Pastor Jeff King will officiate.
