Judith C. Duckworth

Judith Carol Duckworth, 84, of Port Huron, died on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

She was born January 10, 1941 in Marysville to the late Clifford and Hazel Middleton. She married Bernard Duckworth in 1975. He preceded her in death on November 11, 2009.

Judy graduated from Marysville High School. She worked at Quay Street Brewery Co. as a cook for 6 years. She was a member of St. Edward on the Lake Catholic Church, St. Mary Catholic Church and Blue Water Free Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time walking at the mall and visiting with family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Robert Furtado; two grandsons, Daniel Furtado and David (Breann) Furtado; great-grandchildren, Karlie, Melissa, Daniel Jr., Ariyah and Jasmine; wonderful nieces and nephews; and many other beloved family and friends, including Doris Middleton. She was preceded in death by 8 siblings.

Per Judy’s wishes, a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
