Robert L Hall

Robert Louis Hall, 79, of Kimball passed away Friday, October 17, 2025.

He was born November 8, 1945 in Port Huron to the late Louis and Eleanor Hall. He married Rebecca Nunez on June 1, 2011 in Port Huron.

Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1967. Following his service, he was an engineer with GM for 32 years before his retirement in 1997.

In his younger years, Robert had a passion for hunting and fishing. Later in life discovered a love for gardening, tending to everything from tomatoes and lettuce to strawberries and watermelon, which were the sweetest Rebecca had ever tasted. One of his favorite ways to relax was to sit at the blue water bridge and watch the freighters pass by.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Rebecca; three siblings, Diane McCalla, Dorothy Wicht, and John Hall; two children, Robin Hall- Berry and Robert Hall Jr. and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Donna Hall and Eleanor Hall-Palmer and his brother-in-law Jim McCalla.

Private graveside services will be held at Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Military honors will be held under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Blue Water Area Humane Society.
