David W Vollink

David William Vollink, 76, of Croswell, died Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

He was born February 27, 1949 in Holly to the late Harold and Alice Vollink. He married Lola Paling Hartfil on September 3, 1988 in Croswell.

David was a conservation officer with the State of Michigan for many years and also spent 18 years as the caretaker of Almont New Church Retreat Center. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lola; children, Sasha Douglas, Sarina Vollink and Michael Hartfil; grandchildren, Hailee, Gabe, Kylee, Liam and Alaina; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful canine companion, Lady.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
