Robert L Pearson, Jr.

Robert Lee Pearson Jr., 72, of Port Huron, died Monday, December 1, 2025.

He was born December 9, 1952 in Port Huron to the late Margery and Robert Pearson Sr. He married Debra Sue Bowman on June 16, 1973 in Port Huron.

Robert was employed with Wirtz Manufacturing for 25 years. He enjoyed muscle cars, drag racing, watching Westerns, listening to music and bowling. Robert was an avid Detroit Lions and University of Michigan football fan.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Debra; children, Brian (Monnica) Pearson, Christine Pearson, Melissa (Adam) Tate and Gregory Pearson; two grandchildren, Damion and Desiree; one great grandson, Elliott; and siblings, Katie Miron, Kim (Lorenzo) Almendarez and Cindy (Ray) Lewis. He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Timothy Pearson.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2025 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. A scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m., and a livestream of the scripture service will be available on the funeral home website.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 (on what would have been Robert’s 73rd birthday) in Holy Trinity Parish St. Joseph Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Bradley Forintos will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
