Constance L "Connie" Lozano

Constance Lee “Connie” Lozano, 79, of Marysville, died Saturday, January 10, 2026.

She was born September 9, 1946 in Port Huron to the late Clifford and Evelyn Loxton.

Connie began her career working for the St. Clair County Road Commission. After moving to California, she was employed as an administrator at Kaiser Permanente. In her 50’s her deep passion for caring for others, led her to return to school in North Carolina where she earned her R.N. degree. She went on to work in Florida and in various locations as a traveling nurse in home healthcare. Connie was deeply spiritual, loved the Lord, and faithfully practiced daily devotions and journaling. A free spirit at heart, she was incredibly adventurous and embraced change wherever life led her and instilled those values in her sons.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Lozano; six siblings, Lucille Loxton, Michael (Marlene) Loxton, Cindy (Joe) Beck, Steve (Wendy) Loxton, Tim Loxton and Patrick Loxton; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Martin Joel Lozano.

Private family services will be held.
