Des'Men Harris

Des’Men James Harris, 14, of Burtchville Township, departed this life Friday, January 16, 2026 after a courageous four-year journey with cancer.

He was born January 28, 2011 in Ashland, Kentucky to Dino Harris and Ashley Henry. He attended Port Huron Area Schools. Des’Men was very tech-savvy and enjoyed gaming, fishing and drawing.

He is survived by his parents, Dino Harris and Ashley Henry; two sisters, Simyia and Faith Harris; grandmother, Sylvia Harris; PawPaw James Smith; aunt, LaTasia Harris; and uncle, Marcus Harris.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Yul Johnson will officiate.
