Mary Edwards

Mary A. Edwards, 80, of Port Huron, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

She was born December 3, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama to the late Charles and Bird Jemison. She married Clinnie “Bro” Edwards on March 1, 1970 in Ohio. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2011 after 41 years of marriage.

Mary loved bowling and playing cards. She worked as a cashier for St. Vincent De Paul for many years.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Jerome Robert, Lorraine Jemison, Brenda (Sylvester) Henderson, Anthony Edwards, James Jemison and Leon Jemison; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Jewell Graham, Amy Hunter and Helen Fleming; brothers, Eddie and Chester Jemison; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, January 26, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Bishop Kimberly Brown will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
