Michael W Orr

Michael William Orr, 43, of Kimball Township, died Saturday, January 31, 2026.

He was born March 9, 1982 in Port Huron to Bill and Donna Orr.

Michael graduated from Port Huron High School in 2000 and was currently proudly enrolled at SC4 in their Mechatronics program. He worked in shipping and receiving/logistics for several companies including PED and, currently Metalor, and also for the Blue Water Conservation District. Michael put his heart and soul into his family relationships, work duties and hobbies, always 100% invested. He enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, collecting legos and coins, researching ancestry, and was a talented carver and woodworker. He also loved sports, cheering on his Detroit teams and following the local ones; and he could tell you the statistics for all of them! More than anything else, though, Michael cherished the time he spent with each of his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his parents, Donna and Bill Orr; three siblings, Theresa (Philip) Spencer, Robert (Angela) Orr, and Sarah (Jerald “Zeke”) Johnson; grandmother, Nancy Morris; ten nieces and nephews, Charlotte, Gabriel, William, Benjamin, and Samuel Spencer, Sawyer Orr, Keigan, Mason, Emma and Patrick Johnson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Morris, Larry and Ellen Orr; aunt, Diana Rodgers; and two beloved dogs, Loki and Thor.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026 in St. John’s United Church of Christ with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Roxie Davis will officiate.

Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township. Pallbearers will be Robert Orr, Philip Spencer, Zeke Johnson, Christopher, Steven and Jeffrey Crimmins. Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael’s nieces and nephews, Tim Morris, Bill Collins, Tom Crimmins and Scott Shepherd.
