Sharon L Jackson
Sharon Louise Jackson, 85, of Fort Gratiot, died Thursday, April 23, 2026.
She was born February 14, 1941 in Port Huron to the late Fred and Agnes Kaiser. She married David A. Jackson on November 11, 1961 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2023 after 61 years of marriage.
Sharon graduated from Port Huron High School in 1958 and attended SC4 for two years. She was a member of the Lambs Tennis Club, played year-round, and won the Robinson Tennis Tournament multiple times. Highly competitive, she also enjoyed golfing and playing cards, Scrabble and Boggle.
She was known as the family record keeper and was a devoted fan of Neil Diamond, attending many of his concerts. Sharon vacationed in Florida each year, with her husband, where she loved the beach and relaxing in the sun. She and David traveled to all 50 states together. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Anne (Michael) Leslie; son, Todd Jackson; grandchildren, Chase Jordan, Tiffany Jordan, Ian Jackson, Rachel Jackson, Colin Jackson, Samantha Leslie, Caelen Leslie and Maggie McCarthy; two great grandchildren, Samara and David; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Tammi Jackson; sister, Carole Jackson; and brother, John Kaiser.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2026 in Trinity Lutheran Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Mark Madson will officiate.
Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.
