Vivian Frizzle

January 05, 1939 to July 12, 2026

Vivian Elaine Frizzle, 87, of Zephyrhills, Florida, formerly of Marysville went home to be with the Lord Sunday, July 12, 2026 surrounded by family and friends.

She was born January 5, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Alex and Ethel Barry. She married James D. Frizzle on February 2, 1957 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on August 10, 2004 after 47 years of marriage.

Vivian graduated from Port Huron High School in 1957. Among several jobs she had over the course of her life, she was employed with McDonalds Corporation for over 20 years. Vivian enjoyed singing, dancing, camping, cooking for the family and knitting.

She is survived by her children, David (Celine) Frizzle, Wesley (Kim) Frizzle, Elaine (Tim) Raker, Denise (Larry) Pittillo and Craig (Carie) Frizzle; 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; a sister, Doris Johnson; two brothers, Dennis (Regina) Barry and Dan (Carolyn) Barry; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Bob Somma. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Karen Frizzle; a great-granddaughter, Jaylynn Molinaro; and grandson, Craig Frizzle.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2026 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Reverend Nate Neihof will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to Michigan Heart Association.
