Philip L Lang

Philip Louis Lang, 94, of Warren, Michigan, died Monday, July 13, 2026.

He was born October 22, 1931 in Detroit to the late Arnold and Florence Lang. He married Patricia Graham on January 17, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan. She preceded him in death on February 14, 2010.

Philip honorably served in the U.S. Navy. Following his service, he was employed in management with the Chrysler Corporation for 37 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years.

He is survived by two children, Janet Lang and Steven (June) Lang; grandchildren, Megan Lang, Kristen (Ryan) Spaulding, Sarah (Matthew) Hafford, Dana (Kristina Scheel) Lang and Timothy (Sarah) Schmid; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Paul (Donna) Lang and many nieces and nephews.

Inurnment will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026 in the Most Holy Trinity Mausoleum Chapel at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Navy.
