William "Bill" Rogers

William Raymond “Bill” Rogers, 63, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

He was born April 25, 1963 in Orlando, Florida. Bill married JoAnn “Jo” Truance on May 27, 1989 in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Bill was a truck driver for many years before his retirement. He loved fishing and boating and was an avid sports fan, especially the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions and Tigers. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, especially his two great grandchildren, Carter and Hudson.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Jo; stepchildren, William (Missy) and Tammy (Gary) Tesnovich; four grandchildren, Brian (Amanda) Roskey, Geoff Roskey, Matt Tesnovich and Kayla (Victor) Lowe; 2 great grandchildren, Carter and Hudson Roskey; mother, Estella Rogers; brother-in-law, Tom Denofa; two nieces, Cacie Denofa and Anita (Kris) Knight; and two aunts, Sherry (June) Worley and Janice Hatfield. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Rogers; sister, Traci Denofa; and step-daughter, Debbie Tesnovich.

Private family services have been held.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
