Kristina L Rutowski

Kristina Lorraine Rutowski, 74, of Port Huron, died Monday, September 28, 2026.

She was born September 13, 1952 in Port Huron, to the late Albert and Margaret Charles. She married Gary Rutowski on February 14, 1976 in Port Huron.

Kristina was a graduate of Port Huron High School Class of 1970. She was employed with the State of Michigan for 38 years. She enjoyed scrapbooking and shopping. She was a member of the Blue Water Women’s League. Above all, she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Kristina had a special heart that brightend the room, a love of life.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary; children, Andrea (Steven) Rushing, Jessica (Drew) Malburg and Patrick (Emily) Rutowski; grandchildren, Maggie-Beth, Linus, Iris and Oscar; siblings, Michael and Robin Charles; a sister-in-law, Judy Charles, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Edwin Charles, Keith Charles, Darlene Ceglarek, Tom Charles and Russ Charles.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Michael Kehoe will officiate.
