Joseph M Haller

Joseph Mykael Haller, 21, of Ira Township, died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 26, 2026 as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born February 28, 2005 in Port Huron and attended Holland Woods Middle School and Port Huron High. Talented in the kitchen since he was a child, Joe used those skills working as a cook in several area restaurants. He was currently cooking at On the Rocks in Clay Township.

Joe had a magnetic personality and a smile that lit up the room. He loved making people happy, and, even when he was having a bad day, would dance and sing and try to lift others up. Joe enjoyed playing video games, working on cars and bikes, tinkering in electrical work, and taking care of his cats and snake. More than anything, he loved his mom, family, and having fun with his friends.

He is survived by his mother, DeeAnna Giraud; brother, DaVonte Williams; his grandparents, Norm (Doreen) Giraud, Lyn Rosario (Phil Hetzel), and Brigitte Haller; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his cats, Luffy and Nami. He was preceded in death by his father, Aristotle Haller.

Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, October 4, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by a time of sharing at 4:00 p.m.
