Remembrance comment by Karin Glowski:
I was Lisa’s close friend since 8th grade. I can say from my heart Lisa was the kindest person/friend in school that I ever knew. I am so happy for Lisa, in her life, having so much love and care from Mark, her brother, and her niece Hana. Barb Hofer was also a big part of Lisa’s family over many many years. She was there as a help to each one of the family members throughout the years.
Lisa always loved making sure she looked nice and took good care of her cats.
In the last few years Lisa began asking questions. Specifically one day she called me and asked how she could be sure she would be in Heaven when she passed. I was so happy to tell her this time with her own interest. I shared , Ask Jesus into your heart. Tell Him you believe He died for you if you. Ask Him to forgive your sins, I probably said our sins. So Believe in heart confess w mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord.
This was funny, I told her, usually people get baptized after salvation but I told Lisa to ask the Lord to baptize you while you are in the shower. He is wonderful. What about the guy on the cross next to Jesus! Jesus told him this day you will be with me in paradise. He wasn’t baptized.
The Lord helped me find Lisa whenever she moved. I’m so thankful for her. I know she’s enjoying all the things in Heaven she has wanted to see and do. Many things she didn’t do here I know the faithfulness of God her loving Heavenly Father that He is pouring out to her His love.
She has all of eternity to explore. No more limitations!!!! I told her I will be looking for her when I come. She loved to cook, I asked her I wonder if you will have a restaurant? Or a bakery? Wasn’t sure. So hospitable. When I came to visit she was thinking of me, asking me if I would like coffee or something to eat. She wasn’t feeling great I’m sure, but she didn’t complain. We are friends forever . Thank you Lisa for being my friend.
