Harold Robert Smith, 58,of Port Huron, died Tuesday, November 3, 2026

He was born January 25, 1968 in Port Huron to Harold Smith and Madeline Burdick.

Harold was a member of Labors Union 1076 working in construction. He enjoyed reading, and boating with his son Austin. He could be found working in his garage on various motors and cars. Above all he loved his friends and family and the time he spent with them.

Harold is survived by his children, Amanda (William) Doyle, Jessica Paterson, and Austin Smith; father, Harold Smith (Jane Clay); mother, Madeline (Jim) Burdick; grandchildren, Joseph, Braden, Keira, Gracen, and Cora; siblings, Kevin (Dee) Smith, Angela (Jim) Mount; longtime companion and special friend Michelle Cutcher; her children, Jason Paeth, Shelby Bennett, Taylor Paeth, and their children; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Scott and Paul Smith; and nephew Nathan Groh.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2026 in the Marysville Funeral Home, with visiting beginning at 2:00 p.m. Shaun Laurain will officiate.
