Johann Pfaffenlechner
June 15th, 1929 to November 4th, 2012
Johann “John” Pfaffenlechner, 83, of Marysville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 3, 2012.
He was born June 15, 1929 in Linz, Austria to the late Johann and Wilhelmine Pfaffenlechner. He married Katharina Kehl on May 12, 1951 in Austria.
Mr. Pfaffenlechner was employed with Consumers Power prior to his retirement. He enjoyed being outdoors, working in the yard, listening to classical music and watching old movies.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Katharina; his daughter, Heidi Figge; two grandchildren, Tiffany and Erik; and his great grandson, Adam David Ross.
He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, David Figge on February 16, 2009.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Donald R. Doerzbacher will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
