Frances A Webb

May 27th, 1926 to December 28th, 2012
Frances A. Webb, 86, of Goodells, went into the open arms of her Lord and Savior surrounded by her daughters and their love and prayers on Friday, December 28, 2012.

She was born May 27, 1926 in New Market, Canada to the late Charles Franklin and Cora Lavina Fogal. She married Lawrence H. Webb on July 8, 1944 in Port Huron. He died December 29, 2005.

Frances became a U.S. Citizen on May 11, 1954, but was very proud of her Canadian heritage. She worked at "Day Bait" packing for many years prior to her retirement in 1972. She was a member of Columbus Bible Church and enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting, knitting, and making all kinds of treasures for her family. Her family was her life.

She is survived by three daughters, Sandra (William) Cunningham of Star Valley, Arizona, Linda Hoyt and Janet (Patrick) Dunsmore, both of Goodells; nine grandchildren, Samuel Finch II, George (Gwen) Ingles II, Stephanie (Dennis) Todd, Jennifer (Mark) Harter, Saleta (Chip) DeHart, Jeffrey (Sarah) Ingles, Lisa (Gerald) Schneider, Sarah (Ben) Fournier, and Tania White; 20 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; a sister, Marie (Gerald) Saunders of St. Clair; a sister-in-law, Velma Dove of Kimball; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sons-in-law, Samuel R. Finch in 2006 and Donald Hoyt in 2011; two grandsons, Patrick Dunsmore in 1976 and Jody Dunsmore in 2002; two great grandsons, Jonathon Suggs in 1990 and Caleb Ingles in 1996; and her sister, Ina Howe in 2010.

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Sunday and 2-5 p.m. on Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:30 p.m. The Reverend Stan Liechty of Colonial Woods Missionary Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Wales Township. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and grandsons-in-law.

Memorials may be made to Colonial Woods Missionary Church, Blue Water Pregnancy Care Center, or Woodland Developmental Center.
