LeVon (Thomas) Thigpen, 61, of Port Huron, made her transition to a better life on Saturday, January 5, 2013.
She was born September 18, 1951 to the union of John W. and Louise R. Thomas in Chicago, Illinois. LeVon made her transition surrounded by her loving family; her son, grandchildren and pastor of Metropolitan Church at St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2013 in Metropolitan Baptist Church with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The Reverend Anthony King will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
