Tillie G Grant

Tillie Geraldine Grant, 91, of Marysville, died Friday, February 15, 2013 surrounded by her family.

She was born May 9, 1921 in Hillsview, South Dakota to the late Melchior K. and Mary Wolf.

Mrs. Grant was employed with Flicks Super Market in Hebron, Kentucky and Thriftway Stores in Gladstone, Oregon for many years. She and her friends at Vicksburg Hall enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the St. Clair River in Marysville

She is survived by two sons, R. Ashley (Sandra) Grant and R. Duane Grant; four grandchildren, William (Sheri) Grant, Shane (Stacy) Grant, Melissa (Thomas) Finke and Michelle (Charles) Sunnycalb; thirteen great grandchildren, Kassandra, Ava, Owen, Lyla, Carly, Megan, Zachary, Meranda, Meleia, Ryan, Dustin, Connor, and Brooke; two brothers, Cleo and Ben Wolf; two sisters, Clara Bomotti and Marian Thompson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.

A private Memorial Service will be held at Riverlawn Cemetery. The Reverend Arthur Baranowski of St. Christopher Catholic Church will officiate.

Inurnment will be in the Riverlawn Cemetery Columbarium.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Lapeer, Michigan or RST/AFC in Port Huron.
