Loretta C. Clover, 97, of Port Huron, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 22, 2013.
She was born May 22, 1915 in Detroit to the late Hugo and Stella Betzoldt. She married Robert J. Clover on April 12, 1941 in Detroit. He died December 7, 2010.
Loretta is survived by her daughter, Catherine (Kornelis) Gruben of Marysville; two grandchildren, James (Colleen) Gruben of Clay Twp. and Daniel Gruben (Jessica Williams) of China Twp.; six great grandchildren, Kristopher, Timothy, Warren, and James Gruben, Kylie and Kollin Williams.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, February 26, 2013 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Robert Harrell of Sturges Memorial Congregational Church will officiate.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit. Memorial may be made to Sturges Memorial Congregation Church.
