Clara M DeBell
Clara Marie DeBell, 89, of Kimball Township, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013.
She was born October 29, 1923 in Windsor, Ontario to the late Joseph and Edmire Bagnell. She married Frederick DeBell Sr. on June 7, 1946 in Port Huron.
Mrs. DeBell was a very nurturing mother and grandmother. She was an avid card player and enjoyed crossword puzzles, Tiger baseball and bowling. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Frederick; four children, Frederick "Skip" (Patricia) DeBell Jr., Albert "Rocky" (Joanne) DeBell, Annette (Greg) Stoudt and Darryl (Rollande) DeBell; 21 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; three sisters, Loretta (Cecil) Bishop, Beatrice Malear and Mary Malear; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Jex; and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Mrs. DeBell will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2013 in Holy Trinity Parish St. Stephen Catholic Church. The Reverend Brian Cokonougher will officiate.
The Rite of Committal will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
