Mary Jane M Liddle
February 12th, 1942 to June 12th, 2013
Mary Jane Mongeon-Liddle, 71, of Burtchville, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, following a lengthy illness.
Jane was born on February 12, 1942 in Spooner, Wisconsin and as a young girl her family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. She moved to Port Huron in 1975 where she met and later married Ronald Liddle on September 16, 1983. She lived a full life and loved, valued, and encouraged others despite their struggles.
Jane was well known and respected in the community for her contributions to Huron House, Inc., Child and Family Services of Michigan, Inc., Bridgeview and the Port Huron Beautification Committee.
Jane is survived by her husband, Ronald; children, Jeaninne (David) Wierzbicki, John (Jennifer) Mongeon, Michelle (Kenneth) Diem, Lori Gellasch, and Lisa (Timothy) Reifert; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara (Donald) Hoover and Patricia Woods of Peoria, AZ; and many, many friends.
Please join the family in a Celebration of Jane's life at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Lakeshore Presbyterian Church, 5235 Lakeshore Road, Fort Gratiot Township.
