Suzanne Rumley
Suzanne Rumley, 77, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 26, 1935 in Port Huron to the late Elmer and Camilla Rumley.
Suzanne graduated from St. Stephen's High School in 1953. She retired from Pine River Plastics and was a member of Marysville American Legion Post 449 Auxiliary and Women of the Moose.
She is survived by four children, Janet Hazzard, Jenine Ulrich, John Ulrich and Joan Bartholomew; grandchildren, Gary Anglebrandt, Rachel and Zachary Ulrich, Jason and Jeremy Watson; great granddaughter, Jenna Watson; brother, James (Marilyn) Rumley; sisters, Mary Rumley and Jacqueline (Hal) Jellinek; brother-in-law, William Saunders; many nieces and nephews; and her special friend and dog, Raisin, who provided her with much warmth and comfort. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Barbara Saunders, Audrey Park, Patricia Delaney and Grant Rumley; nephew, William Saunders; and nieces, Lynn Rumley and Mary Kay O’Leary.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2013 in St. Christopher Catholic Church with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The Reverend Arthur Baranowski will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marysville American Legion Women’s Auxiliary.
