Mary E. Reed, 54, of Port Huron died July 25, 2013.
She was born February 6, 1959 to the late Mr. Robert Edwin Duckworth Sr. and Mrs. Alice Clarine Duckworth in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mrs. Reed was a homemaker and has lived in Michigan most of her life. She loved her family and friends very much and also loved to take care of her little dog, named Baby, that she took in as her little Rescue Baby.
Mrs. Reed will always be remembered as a very caring and loving person who loved to help anyone in need. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and Baby.
She is survived by her son, Richard Charles (Jamie) Reed; brother, Robert (Lynn) Duckworth; and many grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, grandson and parents.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2013 in Lakeside Cemetery.
