Josephine A Reynolds

Josephine Agnes Reynolds, 94, of Fort Gratiot, died Thursday, August 1, 2013, in Blue Water Hospice Home. She was born March 31, 1919 in Rose Bud, Pennsylvania to Rose Wisk Dickty and Joseph Dickty. She was married to her loving husband, Richard William Reynolds, (pre-deceased) for 55 years. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jo (Dr. Jack) Heck and Joyce Reynolds (Kelly Beatty, pre-deceased), two grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark) Greiner and Michael (Melissa) Heck, and four great-grandchildren, Jeffrey and Nicholas Greiner and Joseph and Julianne Heck. Jo was a talented and great cook. She was employed by Triplett Food Services for many years as the manager for several corporate dining rooms including General Motors, Detroit Bank and Trust, and Michigan Consolidated Gas Company. She passed her love of cooking on to her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to travel and play cards. A mass and burial will take place at a later date in Glasgow, Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions may be made to West Indies Self Help (WISH123@aol.com ) or Blue Water Hospice.
