Lynne C. Capadagli, 52, of Avoca, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born February 16, 1961 in Detroit. She married John Capadagli on April 24, 1982 in Port Huron.
Lynne graduated from Yale High School and was employed with the Yale School District for many years. She was a very creative person who enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafts and horseback riding.
She is survived by her beloved husband John; three sons, John (Cathy) Capadagli, Chad (Erica) Capadagli and Cody Capadagli; two grandchildren, Trina and Keira Capadagli; her mother and step-father, Chris (Herb) McKinney; step sister, Tara McKinney; two step brothers, Scott and Kim Hanford; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and her two dogs, Walter and Carley. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hanford.
A service for family and friends will be held at a later date at the family’s home in Avoca.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital or Blue Water Humane Society.
