Charles W Horn

Charles William Horn, 67, died Thursday, June 18, 2015.

He was born October 14, 1947 in Port Huron to the late Robert and Geneva Horn. He married Laura Diane Timmons on February 14, 1976.

Charles attended Port Huron High School and served in the United States Marine Corps. He was employed as a welder with Ford Motor Company for 33 years. He enjoyed working in his yard and watching all types of sports, especially the Detroit Tigers.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Horn; children, Stefanie (David) Visnaw, Eric (Kris) Krikorian, Jerry (Vicki) Williamson, Cathy (Jim) Meyer and Vicki (Kenny) Laird; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Dawn (Ron) Dunlap, Bob (Cathy) Horn, Greg (Marcy) Horn, Cathy Crowe and Scott Horn. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sara DeLong.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday in Marysville Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, June 22, 2015 in Marysville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery. Military honors will be held under the auspices of the U.S. Marine Corps and the Veterans Honor Guard Alliance.

Memorials may be made to Beaumont Hospice and the American Cancer Society.
